Payments made on the Website

Acadoodle uses Stripe as its online payment processor. Acadoodle does not store the credit card details on its servers. In order to process an online financial transaction, Stripe will request your credit card details as well as your name, address, email address and telephone number. This personal information will be transferred, processed and stored by Stripe on its servers which are located in the United States. Any processing of your personal information by Stripe will be in accordance with its privacy policy []. By proceeding with the financial transaction, you consent to the transfer, storing and processing of your personal information outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this, please do not make any purchase(s) on the Website. Stripe processes personal data that is transferred to it from the EEA in accordance with the safe harbor principles agreed between the United States Department of Commerce and the European Commission (“Safe Harbor Principles”). These principles enable US companies to satisfy the EU requirement set out in the EU Data Protection Directive that personal data transferred from the EEA to the United States be adequately protected.
